Four Modalities of Conscious Mind

The conscious human mind is complex and powerful. It can be broken down into four distinct modalities, such as the conscious mind, subconscious mind, unconscious mind, and superconscious mind. Understanding how these aspect of the mind function, it can help us translate better how we think, feel, and act.

The conscious mind is the part of the mind that is actively aware of our thoughts and feelings, as well as our environment. This is the part of the mind that is responsible for decision making and problem-solving. The conscious mind is also the part of the mind that is in control and can override any other part of the mind.

The subconscious mind is the part of the mind that is responsible for storing and recalling information. This is the aspect of the mind that is also responsible for emotions and instinctive behaviors. It is  responsible for the “autopilot” mode that many of us find ourselves in at times. While the conscious mind is in control, the subconscious mind is still very influential in our behavior.

The unconscious mind is the part of the mind that is responsible for our unconscious behavior and thoughts. This aspect is responsible for our reactions to certain situations, and it is largely influenced by our past experiences. The unconscious mind is not easily accessible, but it is still very important in our behavior.

The superconscious mind is the part of the mind that is responsible for our spiritual connection with the universe. It is responsible for understanding and connecting with higher truths and principles, as well as, intuition and spiritual experiences.

While all four aspect of the mind are related and intertwined, there are still differences between them. Understanding these four modalities of consciousness can help us better understand ourselves and how we operate.

The conscious and subconscious minds are constantly working together to create an integrated experience. The conscious mind is the part of the mind that is responsible for conscious thought and decision making, while the subconscious mind is responsible for unconscious processes such as memory, emotion, and behavior. The conscious mind is able to access and process information from the subconscious mind and vice versa.

The conscious mind can be trained and developed through practice. With enough practice, the conscious mind can learn to better control and regulate thoughts and emotions, which can lead to improved decision-making and better overall mental health. Additionally, the conscious mind can be trained to access higher-level cognitive processes such as problem-solving and creativity.

While the subconscious mind is an incredibly powerful force that can have a huge impact on our lives. It is the part of our mind that holds our beliefs, habits, and deeply-held emotions, and it can be incredibly difficult to change or control these things. Though by understanding how the subconscious mind works, we can gain insight into our motivations, behaviors, and habits, and use that understanding to make positive changes in our lives.

The subconscious mind is much like a computer; it takes in information from our daily lives, processes it, and then stores it away for later use. This stored information can be anything from a traumatic event to something seemingly insignificant, like a sound or smell. It is constantly working, taking in and processing information even when we are not consciously aware of it.

The super-conscious connection is a way of understanding the deeper meanings of life, experiences, and relationships.

It is a way of accessing more of the wisdom that lies within us, allowing us to tap into our intuition, creativity, and insight. This connection is also a way of connecting with ou higher selves, allowing us to be more in tune with our spiritual side and our true nature. This connection can be activated through meditation, visualization, and other spiritual practices.

 
How to access human genius?

As humans, we all have the potential to access our consciousness genius. We have all been blessed with unique gifts and talents that can be used to our advantage. However, many of us struggle to access our genius due to a lack of confidence or a fear of failure. Fortunately, there are some simple steps that can help you access your genius and unlock your true potential.

1. Discover Your Passion: The first step to accessing your genius is to discover your passions. What are you most passionate about? What would you love to do or learn more about? Take some time to reflect on your passions and find out what you truly care about. This will help you to focus on the tasks that bring out your best.
