Most frequent questions and answers for our Angelic Wall Art

We currently do not support returns because the products you order are  custom made print to order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of a new order. 

Unless you had a problem with your order such as product error, damage or delivery issues, and it is not due to the shipping damage, force majeure or other circumstances outside our control, then you can choose to reprint the defect order or you can choose a refund for the defective Products. 

 Please report problem to our email

1. Please contact us within 30 day upon receiving the item.

2. Send us an email explaining in detail what is the issue you are experiencing with the order.  Please make sure to attach any supporting photos or attachments relevant to your claim.

Email must contain all 3: 

– Order ID
-The description of the issue
-We do require supporting evidence of Photos of the issue. 

We will do our best to find the best solution.

1. Wrong address

If you provided the wrong address when you place your order, then the shipment will be returned and dispose of safely. You are responsible for providing the correct address. 

If this happens with the 30 days of order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we report the problem. You will need to place a new order with the correct address. We will arrange a refund for the new order though you will only pay again is the shipping order. Do not use PO BOX address for delivery.

2. Return due to invalid address or rejection

Incorrect address or incomplete address such as missing an apartment number. This can cause your package to be undelivered.  You have a very small window to correct your address, if you just place an order. We would advise contacting us immediately to verify if your address provided is incorrect and determine how we can proceed to correct the address.

3. Recipient rejects the order

If you Rejected the shipment during delivery, then the shipment will be returned to the manufacture and dispose of safely. Should you want to place a new order with an updated address then you will be liable for the whole cost of the new order.

4. Unclaimed order package

The recipient being unavailable when the courier attempted delivery. The shipments that goes unclaimed it may be return to the manufacturer. In this type of cases, you will need to place a new order and get in contact with us within 30 days. We will arrange a refund for the new order though you will only pay again is the shipping order.

– No PO BOX address. We encourage you to place orders to home/business addresses.

If your packages get lot in transit, then please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We’ll be happy to send a replacement order.

If your order was received defective or damaged orders, such as damage due to the delivered products, errors in the number of quantity of the delivered products, or lack of quality upon delivered product not caused by quality of the content. Please get in touch with us including detail of the damage order within 30 days receiving the item. We will do our best to replace the order.

Send us an email and include:

1. Order ID

2. A description of the problem and details about how the order was packaged.
3. Pictures of the damaged order item(s) and its packaging (outside of the packaging and its inserts).

Shipping times vary 3-5d. It is also based printing time, size, weight, and destination zip code of the package.
